2 BED H/A HOUSE FOR A 3 BED HOUSE
I have a lovely 2 double bedroom house in Thornton heath (CR7), toilet and bathroom are in one, kitchen is a decent sized, with plenty of cupboard space, living room diner, average sized garden, low maintenance, there are 2 cupboards under the stairs in front room, both nice sizes and another upstairs. both bedrooms are double, although one is bigger than the other. the house is based in a small close compromising of just 30 houses, due to unforeseen personal circumstances i am having to move as i now need an extra bedroom, i would ideally like to stay in the surrey area, although i am open to other areas also, so please email me with whatever you have!! no time wasters please as this is an urgent swap.
