Description
Beautiful Benjamin Roberts Dress, style 930 - still current style on their website in Vintage collection and can been seen in dress shops. Ivory. Size 10/12, but taken in at the waist as I am smaller top half than bottom. I was a size 10 for wedding and it fit perfectly but the corset style means would fit size 12. I am 5ft8 and wore 1/2" heels. I had a removable halter neck strap made for the dress which I wore during the day and took of in the evening.The dress is made of Godiva silk, and has gorgeous detailing around the bust and on the hip at the front and back. It has a subtle mermaid shape (skimming the bum/ hips) flaring out to a lovely train. It is very figure flattering especially for hour glass figures. No damage and no stains, has been professionally cleaned (£130), and is in excellent condition. The halter strap which I had made is missing one of the three buttons. More photographs available.
