*WANTED* Help with small cnc mill project

Description

I have been desparatly trying to convert my desktop mill to CNC and feel im fighting a losing battle. I have assembled and wired everything but cant run profiles.

Any assistance/advice would be great, but wont be able to pay much if anything.
