vibration/excersise plate, couple of minths old, these are two hundred quid on QVC etc, they really do work, Im a Diabetic, I bought it to help with circulation in my feet, the plate twists so you can work your hips.
I'm so hooked on them I've gone out & bought a large one, so heres abargain for you.It has an auto setting for 10 mins, high,& low power setting with remote control.
similar one on QVC sell for a couple of hundred pounds, so grab a bargain.
