stamshaw portsmouth. 2 bed first floor maisonette, spcious sized rooms. lounge good size wwith door to private balcony, with room for bistro table and 2 chairs, flowers pots etc. ideal for sunbathing. kitchen just been refurbished with oak coloured wall and base units wth black granite effect worktops. bathroom upstairs. one huge sized bedroom with builtin wardrobe and airing cupboard. one other double sized bedroom with builtin cupboards. at mo loft boarded out being used as 3rd bedroom (not considered an actual bedroom) lovely quiet area close to parks for dog walking, bike riding, etc. enclosed play area within walking distance and playgrounds for different ages and splash pool all within walking distance and whale island shoreline, north end shops and doctors etc all close by. lovely situated maisonette. moving due to health issues need a 3 bed now as son moved back hme to help look after me, would prefer this area but will look at all areas of portsmouth.
