I have a one bedroomed bungalow in East Lincolnshire and would like to exchange to a 2 bedroom in the same area or East Yorkshire. I prefer a village but would consider Louth, Mablethorpe, or Skegness south of the Humber or Withernsea,
or above in East Yorkshire, or the outskirts of York (e.g. Strensall,etc). My home is for one person over 50 or registered disabled. (I am both).
