You are looking at our 35x12ft Luxury Mobile Home on Domaine De La Cigaliere, Le Cannet Des Maures. In the VAR,South of france.

The Mobile Home is situated on a large and quiet luxury plot,

And has been fully refurbished inside and out to a very high standard with new high quality double glazed widows and french doors,as you can see by the photos. All the furniture ie sofas, kitchen, bathroom, shower is new and unused including a brand new 36" flat screen satalite tv( PLEASE NOTE it is not the TV shown in the picture) currently there is one bedroom with a double bed as there is only my wife and i, there is also a large double bed that very easily pulls out from one of the sofas in the lounge, if you had need for an extra bedroom another could easily be fitted as originaly there were two,

The Mobile Home can stay on the campsite for as long as you wish, there is no time or age limit, as long as you keep it looking tidy.

The Campsite is open from the 1st April until the 31st October and includes all facilities such as swimming pool, Reception and shower facilities. The campsite is situated right in the heart of the VAR (SOUTH FRANCE) with its beautiful surroundings and coastlines including St Tropez just a 45 minute drive. close by you have supermarkets/restaurants/petrol stations ect.

Access to the campsite can be taken from the RN7,A8 and A57 which are all the main routes to popular destinations.

Payments There is a yearly Ground Rent Charge payable for the Mobile Home Of 2600 euros, Which is a very low charge compared to other campsites in this area. there is no charge for water or electric.
