Jet Sking, Water sking, and Boating can all be done on this camp which has its own private entrance to the River Black Water at no extra cost. ( you must bring your own water sports equipment as jet skis etc cannot be hired from the camp)
Fantastic Fishing Lake stocked with Bream, Roach, Perch, and Carp ranging from small up to the General as he is called which when last weighed came in at 24 lb ( fishing equipment and rod licenses can not be bought from the camp so please purchase before your holiday)

Full security day and night.
Live entertainment is mainly on a fri and a sat night,
Loopy Rabbit entertainment,
Party Dances,
Competitions for adults and children,
Line dancing,
Bingo, Caberet Acts which range from singers to magic shows to comedy acts
Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool very well maintained pool with sun loungers ( the pool is in a non smoking area)
Large playground area for children,
FOOD/ MEALS/ TAKE AWAY.

Camp shop sells everything that you may need for breakfast lunch and dinner all kitchen and toiletries available,
Camp office where the friendly staff are always ready to give information and any help if needed.
Camp cafe which is open through the day and evening for breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks childrens large meals for just £2.00
CARAVAN DETAILS

All rooms have electric radiators.

2 Bedrooms, 1 Double Bedroom, 1 Single bedroom with two single beds, Both bedrooms have mirrors, wardrobes, clean bedding, carpets right through and lamps.
Bathroom consists of a toilet, sink,and shower .
Kitchen area has fridge with freezer box, microwave oven, cooker hob and grill, toaster, pans,and all cooking utensils, glasses mugs plates etc.
Living area has a lovely suite one settee pulls out into a double bed very comfy, table seating area seats 6 people comfortable, carpet right through, TV, gas fire and lamp.
Garden area where dogs and children can play,room for parking cars,boats and jet bikes.

Caravan is a five minute walk to all the facilities on the camp so children can play and investigate the camp alone without getting lost.

This is a family camp with many people that have been on the camp for many years it is a very friendly no trouble camp where everyone wants the same as you ,a good for money holiday with lots to do as well as very relaxing.

Please be aware you are bidding on a holiday not the static caravan , i have many dates ranging from

One week holiday (Sat - Sat)
Weekend Breaks (Fri - Sun)
Mid week breaks (Mon - Fri)

Arrival time that caravan can be taken over is 2pm departure time is 11am

£100.00 security deposit will be taken as well as payment for holiday this will be refunded at the end of your holiday if there is no damage or breakages to the caravan if there is damage or breakages then the deposit will be taken to cover the loss and if any money is remaining it will be refunded to you.( this has never happened but is a procedure that most people who are renting private on a camp take)

This holiday can be paid through Pay Pal or straight into bank account, money needs to be paid two weeks before holiday start date.

please include the £100.00 security payment which is refunded to you if no damage has accured at the end of your holiday this can be refunded in three ways to yourself via Pay Pal, into your bank account or by cheque which will be posted to you straight away.

Once you have won this holiday i will email you for your details and i will telephone you to confirm payment and arrangements regarding caravan keys etc.
