We are a young prof couple who also live with 1 other columbian lady. We are looking for an independent lady lodger who is tidy and fairly quiet. (Not silent but not throwing parties all night long!)

Our house will suit you if you are looking to study or work in brighton or surrounding area.

Rent includes bills (not phone) and we require references, 1 month deposit and 1 month in advance.

We used to host foreign language students and so never needed more than a coat rail for them. We can replace this for a proper wardrobe if you need or you can bring one if preferred.
