trailer tent 1997 with top frame and top box included you can also use frame for bikes. also wheels so you can turn trailer on its side and wheel and store it ,2 big beds and 2 under pod bed tents included,also porta loo,small fridge,electric hookup with sockets,breathable ground sheet.there are 2 small rips to skirt repaired with tape, all canvas and zips in very good condition.call thanks
