Description
We are holding our first open meeting today. It will be held at Long Bar, Market Street, Leicester from 7pm-9pm. Anyone is welcome the only stipulation is that it's females only. We have big plans for this WI and really hoping it takes off.It would be a group where women meet up at least once a month to socialise and do some kind of activity. Now taking some inspiration from Bramley WI lite (they have been in the news and everything!) instead of cake baking and quilt making we could do pole dancing lessons, trips to theme parks, thai cooking lessons, a talk from a local tattoo artist, and whatever else it is that you ladies would love to do? Even if it is cake baking and Jam making :P If enough people come today then it will show the WI that this is swomething the women of Leicester want.
