DORMER DOLL'S HOUSE WITH LIGHTS
This is a new 1/12 scale model constructed from 9mm MDF, 9mm plywood with a 3mm rear panel. The lifting front roof section is self supported when open by an automatic extending strut. Dimensions:- 770mm wide, 420mm deep, 780mm high The lighting system is powered via a 12vdc transformer supplied with a connecting lead and 3-pin plug for a domestic socket. 9 lights can be switched on/off individually from a bank of push buttons. Internally the house has 6 rooms, 2 staircases and 1 upper landing room. All bannister rails are painted. The attic rooms are painted, all other rooms are wallpapered with a variety of colourful patterns. There are 6 fireplaces with chimney breasts. The front of the house has unique artwork depicting a pet cat, 2 magpies and 2 hydrangea bushes. The house can be viewed at my home address This dolls house is the only one built to this design during 2009
