Hi! We have a double room in our house that needs filling - the 3rd of 3 bedrooms in a new house, all mod cons etc. 15 mins walk from MEN Arena/Victoria/Urbis. The rent is 220pcm, bills rounds off to 345pcm all in (including gas, elec, water, council tax, tv licence, phone, 8mb wifi), so you know exactly what goes out every month. (minimum six months contract) The room has a double bed with the underneath available for storage, a wardrobe and a small shelf table thing, and we've got an attic for extra storage. bathroom and kitchen are really nice, gas hob, big fridge freezer and a washing machine. #There's a 42" plasma telly in the front room as well with some big comfy sofas and a dining table. Bit of a garden out back for bbqs and there's plenty of parking out front. You'll be sharing with Tom (24) and the other new housemate. Ideally looking for a non-smoking professional with a secure job, and just someone who's nice to live with. Must be clean and tidy- no messy students pleas
