HI, I have a spare double room to rent in my new, modern house. Its on Waterloo Road, just outside Manchester city centre. Its about a 20 minute walk from Victoria Rail Station, and we have free parking so its also useful if youre commuting out to North Manchester.I want to fill the room quickly so its at the bargain price of £220. Bills (gas, elec, broadband council tax, TV) are another £125, so its a great price. We have a brand new kitchen, huge living room with plasma telly, garden out the back with BBQ! Youll be sharing with graphic designer Tom (24) and the other new housemate. Im looking for someone aged 24+ whos good to get along with, is definitely clean & tidy and in a secure job.
