Hi, im looking to exchange my 2 bed house for a 3 bed, i live on east close burbage, 5 mins from town centre, close to supermarket, shops, trainstation, bus routes, schools etc.. great area,i need 3 bedrooms now due to expanding family. This house would be fine if anyone had two boys sharing as the bedrooms are big! and the kitchen is massive with a huge back garden (needs some tlc) ive just had 6 foot fencing all round (cost a fortune) so its all secure! Just had a new kitchen about 3 months ago lots of units and work top space! room for tumble dryer, washing machine etc.. wood flooring downtairs, newish carpet on stairs. Needs a bit of decorating.I'm looking for a 3 bed not bothered about decor as long as its only cosmetic (dosnt need new kitchen or bathroom or anything like that) anywhere in burbage or hinckley considered but would prefer burbage around brookside area. Thanks!
