A Versatility Motor Cruiser, 27ft, approx 28 years old. Ford 4 cylinder engine, shaft drive, bilge keel.
The boat has been renovated to about 70% complete. The refit so far comprises: Full certified treatment for Osmosis, cabin totally reli9ned and fitted with new upholstery, brand new stainless steel cooker and hob fitted with Avonite worktop and sink. Brand new Jabsco toilet fitted and cubicle fully lined. New covered area for crockery, cutlery etc.For the work not yet completed, the following is included in price:
New perspex for the remaining windows, new stainless steel anchor and approx. 4M of new stainless steel chain, various boat ropes (brand new, black), VHF aerial and VHF radio plus brackets, 4 new fenders, socks and ropes, box of new assorted flares, various amounts of brackets, shackles etc.
