Description
An extremely pretty and elegant Dutch barge built in the 1920?s and in good and usable condition ready to live-aboard and / or cruise. Alexis Zorba has a large open aft deck with solid steel handrails and dodgers leading into an open backed wheelhouse which has a zip in enclosure. The wheelhouse roof is removable and the sides fold to ensure passage under low bridges including Osney.A cabin door on the starboard side leads down into the main accommodation. On the starboard side is the galley with 4 burner stainless steel gas hob (new in 2008), fridge, sink with hot and cold water and cupboard space. Opposite is the good sized heads with electric toilet, sink, hot and cold water and shower attachment. Moving through the boat is a nice saloon with the diesel stove set into a small fire surround. Forwards is the separate cabin with fitted double bed and cupboard and hanging space. Alexis Zorba had her fuel pump reconditioned in 2008 along with an engine service and comes with a BSC to 2012.
