Description
This was bought last summer (08) and has never worked properly for us. The water does not suck out of the carpet. No doubt a small fault. At the time we thought it was us using the machine incorrectly because it worked randomly. Now paying for someone to come and clean the carpets as it's just taking up space. The warranty is just out. Practically unused. Maybe someone would like to have this with a view to fixing it. I'm sure a brand new machine like this can't have much wrong with it. Would have been returned to the shop but bought from the internet (Vax shop - not ebay).
