LIBRARY, FISHING MUSEUM AND TWO GOLF COURSES. THE CITY OF ELGIN IS ONLY 17 MILES AWAY WITH ALL THE LARGE SHOPS AND GOOD JOB OPPORTUNITIES. ONLY AN HOUR AWAY FROM THE SKIING RESORT OF AVIEMORE AND THE WILDLIFE CENTRE. A LOVELY TOWN WITH FRIENDLY PEOPLE. MY BUNGALOW STANDS IN ITS OWN GROUNDS, SURROUNDED BY GARDEN. IT IS BUILT IN A PRIME SOUGHT AFTER LOCATION AND ONLY FIVE MINUTE WALK INTO THE TOWN CENTRE. EVERY WINDOW YOU LOOK OUT OF LOOKS INTO THE GARDEN. TWO ROWAN TREES AND A CHERRY BLOSSOM TREE. MANY ESTABLISHED BUSHES AND A SHED. THE GARDEN IS COMPLETELY WALLED ALL ROUND. DRIVEWAY AND GARAGE. LOTS OF SPACE FOR A VEGETABLE PLOT AND A GREENHOUSE IF WANTED. FIVE MINUTE WALK TO THE HIGH SCHOOL AND ONE OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOLS, PLUS THE SWIMMING POOL WHICH IS NEXT TO THEM. THE HOUSE IS DOUBLE GLAZED WITH WHITE UVPC WINDOWS WHICH WERE TOP MARKET FROM EVEREST. GAS CENTRAL HEATING AND WATER. POWER SHOWER. THE MASTER BEDROOM IS COMPLETELY FITTED. LARGE WIDE LOBBY WITH ARCHWAY IN THE MIDDLE AND A CUPBOARD WITH SHELVING AND FOR COATS ETC. THE BATHROOM IS FULLY FITTED, WITH BEECH UNITS AND TERRACOTTA MARBLE LIKE TOPS. SHOWER OVER BATH AND GLASS SHOWER DOOR. BEAUTIFULL TILED OVER BATH WITH DOLPHINS DIVING THRU ARCHES. LOTS OF CUPBOARD SPACE AND LARGE MIRROR OVER SINK. THE KITCHEN IS FITTED WITH BEECH AGAIN. BLACK WORKTOPS AND MATCHING SPLASHBACKS INSTEAD OF TILES. INTEGRATED FRIDGE FREEZER AND INCLUDES AND WASHER/DRIER AND DISHWASHER. THERE IS A GAS OVEN/HOB WITH EXTRACTOR HOOD. HAS A BIG BUILT IN CUPBOARD WITH SHELVING FOR HOOVER/IRON BOARD AND ODDS AND ENDS. COMES WITH A ROUND SOLID WOOD TABLE AND FOUR CHAIRS. KITCHEN AND BATHROOM HAVE VARNISHED SLATTED WOOD CEILINGS. THE LOUNGE HAS A LIVING FLAME GAS FIRE, BUT CAN EASILY BE RESTORED TO A REAL FIRE AS THE CHIMNEY IS STILL ORIGINAL AND NOT BLOCKED OFF. LARGE WINDOW LOOKING ONTO THE STREET AND SIDE AREA OF GARDEN. TWO TV POINTS. SHELVING AT EACH SIDE OF THE ORIGINAL FIREPLACE WITH MARBLE HEARTH. THERE ARE GLASS SLIDING DOORS LEADING IN TO THE DINING ROOM. IT ALSO HAS A LARGE WINDOW LOOKING OUT INTO THE SAME AREA. THESE TWO ROOMS ARE SO BRIGHT. WHEN THE SLIDING DOORS ARE LEFT OPEN YOU HAVE A LARGE OPEN AREA. THE OTHER DOOR FROM THIS ROOM LEADS INTO THE KITCHEN. OFF FROM THE KITCEN IS A DOOR WHICH, VIA A SMALL STAIRCASE, LEADS UP TO THE LARGE FLOORED LOFT. THE EAVES ARE HIGH ABOVE THE LOFT FLOOR SO NO BENDING REQUIRED. THIS AREA IS LARGE ENOUGH TO CONVERT INTO TWO MORE BEDROOMS OR ONE LARGE BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE.
