Rare!! and very much sort after professional yanagisawa alto 990 sax !! This is a top notch horn if you are able to find one. Far superior to their new products. once this horn became a hit they couldnt make them fast enough so they made the A991 A 992 which are mass produced horns. While both of those horns are fantastic they are no match in sound or quality to the Yanagisawa A990.... the sax has some lacquer wear and some scratches around the lip of the bell but!!! sounds amazing This is an amazing horn - versatile, perfect action, beautiful construction, and outstanding quality ... the a991 in black lacquer goes for £2500 get the same horn for £1400
