Description

This car's being sold as spares and repairs as it has no fron seats or wing mirrors, but I've taken it out for a drive (sitting on the floor!) and she's reallyyyyy quick!

I bought this car for 400 quid as it is because the engine's sound, nothing wrong with it at all. I got it because he had a 1.8 Celica ST and he wanted it faster so I got him this as a surprise so he could do the engine conversion... but unfortunately, when I bought it, I didn't know he'd already arranged to swap the Celica for an Rs Turbo! (as a surprise for me! see, it all backfired )

So now we have a mint engine but no car to put it in

Anyway... the engine's a 2litre GT economic engine, twin cam, and if you have a Celica it's ready to come straight out of the car and into yours faster car, still cheap insurance! lol.

I'm selling this car as spares and repairs as it's SORN and pbviously not road legal with no seats however, the car still starts up first time (even after being stood for 3 months and it's not exactly warm lately) and when I took it for a drive she was lovely and smooth. It's mainly just bodywork that needs doing, few dents in the bodywork, quite a few scratches, not gonna lie. She's missing a spolier, but you can pick them up pretty cheap and white's a common colour. She needs a grill across the front, but to be honest you could just make one with mesh (about 10.99 from halfords, probably chaper on ebay)
She's got 4 pretty much new tyres on her, treads brilliant and would last ages. Twin exit exhast, sounds nice. Apart from no front seats the interior isn't bad tbh, could pick up the standard seats cheap anyway from ebay or a scrappy. Tested the window washer things the other day, still full of screenwash and work well
se's got flip up headlights too, they both work fine. She needs a bloody good clean too, but with a new baby just havn't got the time Can see in the pictures there's a few mud splashes and smears on her.

To be honest it wouldnt take much to get her road legal again, main bits are just the seats and the wing mirros. Oh, would need a new number plate as the previous owner snapped it taking it off for some reason.

So yeah.... selling as spares and reapirs but could easily be a perfectly working and very quick car

Selling for 250 quid but feel free to make an offer cause it's no use to me. Would love a swap for a Gilera Dna by the way, so if you happen to have one....!
