The views from my property, can be seen as far as Poplar in East London.

I have two large storage cupboards, one outside the front door, the second on the ground floor. There is a small walk in wardrobe from the master bedroom to the second bedroom. The size of the lounge is 6-7ft long, width is shorter, the same measurements for the master bedroom. Both bedrooms can easily fit in a kingsize bed.

We have use of a communal garden, but the small balcony is sufficient for us.

The kithen and bathroom is a medium size, however, this is to be remodernised within the new decent homes programme, in March 2010.

There is a small balcony outside the back and front of the house, with your own washing line.

The property has great connections to the local bus stop and bus station. From the house, it is a 5 minute walk to the tram and bus stop. Of which, you can get from the tram stop to Victoria or London Bridge within 35 minutes. You can also catch the bus 64 into Thornton heath and West Croydon. Easy connections to Eltham, Catford, Bromley, Orpington, West Wickham, Shirley and Beckenham.

The property is blessed with lots of light from the fields and sun, and has been newly decorated to a reasonable standard. The property is located on a small two storey block.

This is a lovely area, and I have had no problems living here. I would like to move to be closer to my son's school and work.
My desired areas are any croydon area, mainly Thornton Heath, West Croydon, South Croydon, Norbury, Waddon. Other areas may be considered, dependant upon the local bus, train or tram connections.
