Description
ABi Pheonix 26 foot by 10 foot static caravan for sale. Two bed rooms, (one double, one smaller) galley kitchen, toilet/small sit in bath with shower above and lounge area with fitted furnature. The caravan is cream and green in colour, has a single door with mortice lock, and once you have sited it, could be moved into straight away. It is clean and tidy, with only a couple of marks to the outside body.There is no tow bar fitted to this van, but we easily removed it from site, loaded it onto a low loader trailer, unloaded it and then towed it up into the farm yard using chains and straps. This could have many uses, such as temporary accomodation while carrying out a self build/refubishment, as extra accomodation, storage area, stables tack room/changing room, site cabin/brew room. We use one in our orchard partly as a 'summer house' when entertaining, partly as an office, with the added benefit of the extra occasional accomodation if anyone stays over. It is, of course, the buyers responsibility to arrange the transport from here to its new home. The gas and electrical system were all working fine when removed from site, but it is the buyers responsibilty to have it re connected by a professional person authorised to do so (sorry, had to put that in to cover myself!) . We also have other budjet static caravans, all 10 feet wide, by 28 feet to 33 feet long on offer.
