This is for a black 16gb 3G iPhone installed with the latest 3.1.2 software. It is jailbroken, I can restore it to factory settings if you prefer not to have it jailbroken. It isn't however unlocked for any network. It is locked to 02 and cannot be unlocked due to the latest software, hence the sale! I have put an 02 chip in the phone to take the photo of the phone to prove that it is working. However, the chip is NOT included in the sale.The phone is in great condition, it has minor wear and tear scratches on the back of the phone but that is due to the hard case I was using. There is however a hairline "crack" on the side of the phone, I have taken a photo of it I will email to you as I can only put one picture up! I didn't realise it was there until I took the case off to take photos, so it does not interfere with the quality of the phone, and if you buy a case you will not even know its there! There are no scratches on the screen as it has had a protector on the screen since I got it. The reason for the sale is mentioned above. I was using the phone unlocked to T-mobile and updated the phone to latest software before doing my homework and I can no longer unlock the phone to any network, so I am selling the phone to buy out of my current contract with T-mobile to go to 02 and get the 3GS.
