The product is designed for use straight out of the box with the included cubase le software. Any of the 4 inputs can be routed to any of the 2 bus outputs for up to 2 channel simultaneous recording, with 2 insert points for using external effects processors like compression and eq units. Two high quality low noise microphone pre-amps are used to ensure supreme sound quality from your microphones, coupled with 24-bit a/d converters you can capture even the smallest nuances in your music. With the bundled cubase software you can mix up to 48 audio tracks and 64 midi tracks, mix-down with full automation and add up to 4 send and 2 insert effects per channel. Included is the lexicon "pantheon vst" reverb plug-in which can be used to add studio quality reverb to your sounds. If you are looking for affordable multi-track studio quality recording from any source then look no further than the lexicon range of audio interfaces.
