Description
Hi....Im looking for a 2/3 bed house in leeds. Will consider most areas! I am on dss and recieve £500 pcm rent.
We dont have a months rent in advance but the housing office have said they will pay up to £500 for a bond.
I am looking to move in asap as me and my daughters are living in a caravan on my parents drive due to unexpected problems with the landlord that were out of my control.
It would be myself and my 2 daughters...20 month old & 21 week old....living in the property, I can assure the house will be kept clean and tidy and we will respect the property as if it was our own. The rent will be paid on friday every 4 week and always on time.
