1992-93 Fleetwood garland 5 berth Caravan. This model has end dinette that converts into double bed with an added bunk above giving more than enough sleeping space for a family.
We have had made a fully sprung mattress made for this area which means it is more like a fixed bed model but this can be removed and the table and seating cushions which are all still with the van put back into the dinette. The caravan is fitted with a new MOTOR MOVER (which cost £800 and has 4 year extended warrenty)only installed this year meaning it is very east to manouvre once on site and means no heavy pushing. Gas bottles and waste carriers are also included. There are 2 awnings, one full and one porch altho the full awning hasnt been out of the bag for years so not sure of condition but the porch awning is less than 18 months old. internally the caravan is in good condition and has no damp. full 240/12v electrics with built in charger. Hotwater system and shower and cassette toilet. There are also lots of extras that we will include that are already in the van. Outside there are a few dings and marks that naturally occur in a caravan of this age but nothing to detract from the van at all. We are looking to downscale as there are only two if us now and would even consider a part exchange for a folding camper or if a newer folding camper a straight swap.
