Description
This chair is for people who is unable to do strenuous activities.It is for all ages over 13 years of age up to 75 years plus. You sit in the chair ( like any normal chair. ) and you have to use the your body movement backwards and forwards. It goes down into the lie flat position. This is very good for the back, stomach, legs and arm muscles, folds into the flat. Excellent for toning the body difference after 4 weeks.
