Description

The caravan is on Golden Sands Holiday Park at kinmel bay near Rhyl. The caravan is based on the sea front, third row back. (A 5 second walk to the beach wall). Parking spaces are available a short walk away from the caravan.

The park has a swimming pool, pub/restaurant, cabaret bar, laundrette, chip shop, arcade, park, prize bingo and shop. Internet is available in the main complex. Passes are not included but are available to purchase for a small fee.

As this caravan is privately owned it has many extras that you don't find in caravans let by companies and is a real home from home. It is a three bedroom caravan. The caravan has a double room, 2 single twin rooms and a double pull out bed in lounge.

Bed linen is included but customer can provide own bed linen if they would prefer. Customer is to provide own towels and toiletries. The caravan is fully kitted out with TV, Free view, DVD Player, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Hairdryer, toys and games for rainy days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Golden Sands Holiday Park is a family run site and only allows family bookings - no same sex groups allowed. Pets are not allowed.

A £50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure booking. Balance payable 4 weeks prior to start of holiday. Check in is normally from 2pm on day of arrival and caravans must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. (this may be changed due to guests work commitments and my family commitments)
