Description
Absolutely gorgeous ivory satin dress with beautiful beaded lace overlay on base and skirt. The scalloped edging of the lace continues all around the bottom of the skirt.This dress is lightly boned in the bodice, giving an amazing shape and fastens with a concealed zip at the back. There is a full train which could be hooked up with a simple crystal button to match up with the lace design on the back - and allow some room for dancing! It feels absolutely lovely to the touch, made from the softest satin. I wanted something that people would like to feel, considering how many dances I would have done if I'd worn it! In the photos I'm not wearing shoes or an underskirt - I'm 5'6'' and with 3" heels the length was perfect. I'm a Topshop/Next size 10, but I was still going to have this dress fitted to suit my shape perfectly if I wore it. I would say if you're normally a size 12 you could definitely still consider this dress. Wedding dress sizes are a little different to "normal" sizes! There is a slight pen mark on the lower right hand side of the skirt which came with it from the shop - I didn't notice it, my eagle-eyed seamstress did. I'm sure it would be easily removed, but I don't want to try! This dress was bought for £700. I'm looking for £350 o.n.o. It come with a bag and is available for you to try on.
