Large timber childrens playden/house with felted roof. size 10' wide x 6' deep. The inside is divided into two rooms with internal access to each other, one having an upstairs pretend bedroom. The outside has two double doors + a single door on the front, it is in a good usable condition, no rotten timber anywhere, just requiring a fresh coat of stainer to smarten it up again (which i will do before sold if you require) make excellent xmas present for the kids, could also be used as a large storage shed. Paid £569 when new four years ago this xmas. P.S. This item will need to be collected, my husband will help buyer to dismantle as says it is very easy.
