13hh (so too small for me) needs properly backing and schooling. has had head collar on and feet picked out and not a complete nut case, but he is too small for me to get on. Ideally wouldlike him to go to someones yard as we don't have the right facilities either. Would like him proffesionally broken so that can have good start in life when sold. local to Farnham, surrey if poss. I'm not made of money either so sensible solutions only please.
