We have decided to part with our much loved caravan as we are looking into buying a bigger one due to new addition to our family ;0)))
The caravan is a 1991 model and is quite modern inside , it has been very well looked after. interior is very good its had all new fully lined curtain made, carpets ,also had brand new hot water heater fitted .
been all reseal outside! so last for more years to come ,also give the you new winter storage cover, to protects caravan from all bad weathers as will not fit the other caravan we want as it bigger
been very well looked after just like my own home !
It is a 4 berth caravan with 2 double beds
1- to the front and 1 double to the rear with pull around curtain
both these areas are transformed into dining areas by day .which has 2 small side tables and 1 big dining table which stores in the bathroom on wall
In the centre of the caravan there is a kitchen area sink -with hot and cold water mixer tap ,with 3 way fridge below, cooker 3 burner hob with grill, and oven below,
wardrobe which has been shelved out for more storage also the fire below wardrobe, then beside that is the bathroom in conner where you will find a cassette toilet hand/wash basin
all interior lights work there is 2 on roof near each bed , 1 under cuboard near kitchen sink , also 2 reading spot lights if needed on front bed ,so dont have turn the big light on ...then one in bathroom, also awning light on side of caravan
also has Tv ariel point inside,
12volt socket, 240volt sockets also 240volt plug out side the door for the awning which helps
We feel that the condition of the caravan is excellent inside
although there is the odd minor dint on the outside!
where awning pole fell down and age related wear !
did have damp on front window but all been repaired to high standed
but will not be dissapointed - as we honestly do not beleive that there are no major faults to be found
The walls / floor / ceiling ect are very solid
The caravan comes with.... gas bottle ,regulator, electric hook up lead, battery , spare wheel , wale pump .
very good condition burgandy /grey full Bradcot Awning with Annex , all curtains ,and ground sheet ,
new winter storage cover, to protects caravan from all bad weather
honestly dont think it will stay here for long
wound'nt be selling it myself if i did'nt need a bigger size van :-((
