Description

The mtplm is 1213kg and the empty weight is 931kg giving over 250kg of payload and making the 85% rule easy to adhere to with most family cars. Internal body length is 5.059m shipping length is 6.728m and the overall body width is 2.19m.
The caravan has U shaped front seating which has lots of storage space inside as well as the electric mcb switchbox. This area converts into a double bed using the drop down dining table.
The RH seating area at the back of the caravan converts into a bunk or just single on its own and opposite that is a dining area which converts into a single bed. A curtain pulls across the rear area to create privacy at this end.
It has a truma gas heater virtually unused as we use an electric fan heater, fridge with full width freezer compartment, 3 ring gas hob, sink and drainer with grill underneath. Under the grill is a storage area and is also the internal location for the gas taps. A truma water heater is housed under the RH rear seating area and can be used on 240v or gas - there is an adjustable thermostat to control the temperature.
Above the gas heater is a large wardrobe with hanging rail.
The bathroom has a swivel thetford cassette c-200 cw toilet with a shower, shower curtain, hand basin with 3 storage units underneath. Towel rail, toilet roll holder and roof vent.
There are four over head lockers above the front seating area with a large shelf, to the rear are four more over head lockers with another large shelf. Above the cooker area are three over head lockers with another small shelf area. There is a tall and deep storage unit at the side of the fridge. This together with lots of storage underneath all seating areas provides more then sufficient storage facility.
3 dome lights over the walkway with 2 power settings, and strip lighting over the sink/cooker area and in the bathroom. Smoke alarm for safety.
The floor is a wood effect laminate vinyl with loose fit carpet , the floor in very good condition.
The door is towards the front of the caravan and is in two halves so you can leave the bottom shut and top open.

Spare wheel is unused and stored in underneath. There is a bulldog hitch lock, for security .
I have all the manuals and instructions for all the internal equipment such as cooker e.t.c, the caravan is also cris registered also included with the caravan is a star camp full awning but no ground sheet
