We are having to sell most things in this home due to the owner now being in a care home. My sister lives here while we empty the home as family are due to move into it.

We have photos of most things so please email your interest. We can get photos of other items or/and even allow you to come and see what things we have.

The home owner was a smoker and fabrics have absorbed this. Therefore and fabric based items sold will be on the understanding that we can not guarantee how cleaning them will turn out.

For this reason the price for the leather 3 piece (which is in good cond otherwise) is only £50 (org from USA). The glass dining room table is £50 and has 6 chairs - the chairs may clean up but we can not gurantee this. For this reason, anyone buying the glass (HQ) dining room table is welcome to have the chairs FREE. We consider the table alone to be at £50.

The decanters are top quality. There are 2 sets. One is standard pattern with matching glasses where the other has a sunflower design with matching glasses. Genuinely would make a cracking present for any occassion.

If you come to view any items and you see something else you quite like, do not hesitate to ask us if it is for sale and how much. Most of the things are going. There is only some pieces of furniature staying, especially while the home is still occupied by family.

This is a genuine advert. Arranging a time to visit may be difficult as I am only available in mornings. However, I am sure we can work something out.
