Description

Rebuilt Lister SR2 engine from an oil rig lifeboat, so not really used that much.
Rebuild was to rectify some neglect to the gearbox which has been completely reconditioned, as has the starter motor.
New injectors, fuel filters, exhaust, engine mountings and very well serviced.
Extra large fly-wheel which is rare on these engines and allows full alternator charge capacity when the engine is idling.

Has been extensably renewed and modernised to make a comfy home:
3 x 110 Ah domestic batteries + 1 800A starter battery.
100W Solar Panel and regulator, realisticly this will supply basic domestic usage throughout the year, with surplus for tv, laptop and fridge in the summer
600W Invertor
New water, builge and shower pump
Mains hookup and battery charger
All new 12V and 240V wiring to a high standard with loads of sockets throughout (various types to run any appliance)
RCD and MCB unit on ring main circuit
3 way (gas/12V/240V) fridge
All new plumbing
Paloma water heater
Porta Loo
New shower
Eco Washing machine.
Full size domestic cooker, grill and hob.
Villager Puffin stove (attractive and really warm!)
Fairly big fresh water tank, not sure exactly how much.
Stereo with four speakers, 2 can be put outside for when you are cruising or just sitting out.
LED and/or Halogen light fittings.
Interior relined with tongue and groove and extrnal painting done recently.
Hull blacked in December 2007, hull inspected and did not need any work. Has had some overplating in the past, but this has been done to a good standard.

This has been our much loved home, but now it is time to move on and we have a new boat.

It has a good size kitchen, bathroom and bed, which makes a cosy little home with loads of storage. An excellent live aboard for a couple.
Large self draining outside deck is excellent for sitting out in the summer and keeping coal and logs on in the winter.
Comes with general boating kit and some spare parts/general peripherals.

New decorating and carpet tiles throughout, with some spares.
