Description
Why not rent our beautifully furnished ground floor 3 bedroomed air conditioned self catering apartment in Hurghada on the Red Sea Riviera in Egypt. It has a shared swimming pool.
The 3 bedrooms each have twin beds, which can be placed together or apart as you wish and a bed settee in the living room can sleep up to 2 more people at extra charge of £50 pp per week. A travel cot and baby buggy can be provided at no extra charge if you request them at the time of booking. While children are welcome, the apartment has not been made 'child proof'.
It has 2 bathrooms each with shower, washbasin and toilet (1 en suite) and 1 cloakroom (washbasin and toilet).
The fully fitted kitchen has a gas cooker with 4 hobs, grill and oven. There is a fridge and a washing machine
The living room has seating for 6 people and there is a dining table and 6 chairs should you wish to eat in. There is also a table and 8 more chairs on the patio.
There is a TV and DVD player in the living room.
A safe is provided.
Total area of apartment approximately 163m²
A fish restaurant serving delicious locally caught fish is located just outside the gated community and many local restaurants will deliver should you wish to eat in. Shops, restaurants and the beach and an Aqua Park are a 5 to 10-minute stroll away. Local taxis and buses can be stopped just outside the apartment and cost very little.
From this wonderful location you can experience any kind of holiday you desire - from a totally relaxing retreat to an action-packed adventure. World-class diving, water sports, kite surfing, fabulous beaches and spas are available close by; there is an 18 hole USPGA golf course 20kilometers away. Fantastic restaurants and nightlife, desert safaris, Quad Safaris, excursions to Luxor, Cairo and much much more
All levels of diving are catered for from basic training through to advanced technical dives. You can pre-book this through me if you wish. The quality of the reef is said to be surpassed only by the Great Barrier Reef. The area is also renowned for wreck diving such as the Thistlegorm. If there are members of your party who don't wish to dive, they are able to join you either to snorkel or just to take the boat trip. An excellent lunch is served on full day trips
The price is for the apartment is £550 per week for up to 6 occupancy. A charge of £50 per person for up to 2 more persons.
For your convenience, transport to and from Hurghada airport, which is a 10minute, drive away is included in the price
Water and power are included (normal usage)
Weekly linen change and cleaning service is provided
A deposit of 25% secures the booking. Payments by credit or debit card, personal cheque or PayPal. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. For bookings within 8 weeks of departure we require full payment A refundable deposit of £250 is required with the final payment in case of damage, loss of keys etc. or excessive usage of utilities
