My card is being declined but I know I have funds on there.

It could be that your card payment has been 'referred'. This is not uncommon and may be because of frequent or unusual card use in the last 24 hours, or possibly just a random check.

When this happens in a high street store, the store will telephone your credit card provider and obtain approval over the telephone. Unfortunately there is no way of obtaining this approval online.

If you are having problems with your card being declined you could try contacting your card issuer to see if they can clear the referral or advise of other problems. Alternatively you could try using a different card.
