My PayPal account was charged twice for membershipIf you upgrade your membership by paying with PayPal, the system begins by creating an 'order', at which time you receive an email. It can be a couple of days before that order is processed and your card is debited, at which point you receive a second email confirming this. The order and processing also appear as separate lines on your PayPal statement. However, your account will have been charged only once. If you still think you have been charged twice, please contact us and let us know the Invoice ID (A long number in two halves, starting WPACC) on each payment so we can look into this further. You will see this on the details page for the transaction. |
