Leave behind the traffic and let the green unspoiled landscape of Ireland's undisturbed waterways pass you by. Stop off at a picture postcard villages and sample the atmosphere of a friendly country pub, or perhaps one the restaurants populating the larger towns to savour the quality foods that Ireland is famous for. Choose equally to peacefully moor in a secluded rural setting surrounded by the abundant flora and fauna. Finish off a perfect day, enjoying a glass on deck with only the moon and star's for company.
Your barge will be powered by an economical powerful diesel engine, compliant with EU regulations on sound and exhaust emissions It will be equipped with hot water, toilet, shower, and a peat burning stove. The galley of the barge will have a fridge, gas cooker with burners and separate grill and oven, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Bedding and towels will be supplied as standard. All the necessary safety equipment, including life jackets will be supplied. Our personal friendly service is waiting for any special requests that you might have. Previous boating experience is not necessary and you will be shown all the ropes before casting off to enjoy everything this holiday has to offer.
