I HAD THIS COVER CUSTOM MADE FOR MY HYMER 494 CAMP SWING MOTORHOME WITH THE INTENTION OF FITTING IT .I DIDN'T GET ROUND TO FITTING IT AND THEN DECIDED TO SELL THE HYMER.THIS COVER IS STILL IN ITS BAG AS IT WAS DELIVERED.I PAID EXTRA TO HAVE THE EASYFIT SYSTEM COVER MADE WHICH USES 2 POLES TO GLIDE THE COVER ONTO THE MOTORHOME MAKING IT MUCH EASIER TO FIT.THE PRO-TEC WEBSITE WILL SHOW YOU A VIDEO OF FITTING AND GIVES INFO ABOUT THE COVER.THESE ARE THE BEST COVERS YOU CAN BUY FOR CARAVANS AND MOTORHOMES.THEY ARE WATERPROOF UP TO A METRE DEPTH OF WATER SO IF RAIN COLLECTS ON THE ROOF IT WONT SEEP THROUGH SAVING ANY PROBLEM OF WATER INGRESS.
Pro-Tec covers use Protex 003 protecting against UV rays, rain, rust, snow, sun, dust, dirt, tree sap, bird droppings etc. As Protex 003 is breathable, the cover will also protect from mould, mildew and condensation as the cover will allow naturally occuring moisture to evaporate.
The cover was custom made for our make and model of van to include door access, breathable storage bag and webbing straps that pass underneath and clip together either side.
The cover is absolutely brand new and still under guarantee(3 years) This is a considerable saving on new at this price.
This cover may fit other vans of similar dimensions which are 16'6'' long,7'6'' wide and 9'5'' high.The door was on the rear offside of the van.
