These lovely Portmeirion stoneware items are all in 'as new' condition, with glossy glaze, no chips, scratches or crazing.
The first photo shows all but the 'Great Lake Trout' oval dish and the two Pomona mugs, all shown in other photos.
The Great Lake Trout dish is in the 'Compleat Angler' series, number 2, and looks like new, with no marks on it, It has probably been in a display cabinet all its life, 12 3/4 ins x 9 1/8 ins..
In the same series, the mug shows the Sea Trout and is also in new condition. It measures 3.5 ins d x 4 3/8 ins h.
Asking £20 ovno for the serving dish, and only £7.50 for the mug.
I have 2 'Pomona' plates, a salad plate 'The Red Currant' of 8 5/8 ins & a side plate L'Imperatrice Plum of 7 3/8 ins diam. Both are early versions with no green-leaf trim, and have been on display, with the adhesive of wall hangers having to be washed off. I am asking £7.50 for the salad plate and £6.50 for the side plate.
I also have two 'Pomona' mugs in similar pristine condition to the plates, featuring 'Late Duke Cherry' and 'The Teinton Squash Pear' both of the 'square' shape, 3 1/8 ins d & 7 3 5/8 ins h, asking £6 ea.
In the same 'Pomona' range I have a pair of salt and pepper pots in perfect condition, complete with stoppers, one is 'The Red Currant' and the other 'The Hoary Morning Apple'. There are a pair on ebay (both Late Duke Cherry) for £30, but I am asking £20 for mine.
I have 2 v. large breakfast cups of 4 7/8 inches d by 3.5 inches h, one is in the Birds of Britain series and the other is in the Botanic Garden series, showing a Great Reed Warbler and Wild Pansies respectively. The saucer (no backstamp) goes with the Birds of Britain cup, as the colour band matches the cup
I am asking £9 for each of the cups.
Buyer collects or I could double-box pack and send either by Interparcel, or RM for £3.35 at current rates.
