There is no problem to cover the pitch fee with the rental income.

The Ladram Bay Holiday Park charges £1,740 /a week as the same size of our lodge during the summer school holiday.
We are happy to guide our new owner to run the sub-letting service if they want to carry on to let it out to cover the running cost.
