We are a non smoking property and sorry no pets allowed. The monthly rental includes all bills - power, heating, council tax, T.V. Lisc., insurance, and water rates. We also supply complimentary parking permits for the adjacent on street parking. We also have secure storage for bicycles if required.
The ground floor has a fully fitted modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and all utensils etc.. Next door is a comfortable lounge with a 4K Smart freeview T.V.. The upper floor is accessed by a narrow and winding staircase ( we do not recommend this property for anyone with mobility issues or children ). Penrith is on the interchange of the M6 at junction 40 and the A66 that travels West towards the Northern Lake district ( Lake Ullswater is only minuted by car from us ) , travel East and you can be at Scotch Corner on the A1M in less than an hour. Carlisle is 18 miles North of us.
