Solid quartz fire surround in perfect condition except for two small chips on the front edge of the hearth.

The surround is currently fixed in place with screws and the hearth is probably cemented to the floor but should come up undamaged.
The fire is electric with a 3 pin plug and a cast iron grate. Both are available for sale, I would recommend having the fire electrically tested before use as it hasn't been used very often.
