I would like to lose body fat and gain some muscles. But feels I cant get on right direction by myself. I think having personal trainer would help me and will give me some accountability. The problem is;- I work 9am-6pm; saturdays till 1pm and Sundays I am free. I would like to find someone for at least 3 months for minimum 2x/weekly and start from there.
