I have a secure tenancy Council 1st floor 3 bed flat (with Right To Buy) in SE23 3YW in Lewisham borough, S.E. London. All on one level, no stairs inside my flat & 2 lifts to serve this 5 storey block. Sturdy brick & concrete old-school 3 block small council estate. I do not have a balcony or private garden but this is a very quiet, green & nice area with all necessary amenities & brilliant transport links close by. I have lived & happily raised a family here for over 28 years. On street parking & communal outside green space. Near Crystal Palace, Dulwich & Brockwell parks/Sydenham woods & the South-circular.
I want a secure or assured tenancy council or housing association 2 bedroom property, with pets allowed, preferably a bungalow or house, but will consider a ground floor flat or maisonette. MUST have it's own secure, private garden. NO HIGH RISE nor any other tenancy types other than Secure or Assured. Happy to take an over 55's place or one that needs re-decoration. I wish to downsize & re-locate to the Kent Coast, either in or around Thanet/within the CT postcode ie Herne Bay, Birchington, Broadstairs, Margate, Ramsgate, Whitstable or surrounding areas.
