Quality stainless steel with polished mirror finish fish or salmon poacher. Measures 18" long x 5.5" wide x 3.5 " deep. Removable perforated, lift out drainer plate with handle. Only been used twice. Can also be used to cook corn on the cob, asparagus and such foods. Can be used on gas,electric, ceramic, halogen or hobs placed across two rings. It is dishwasher safe.
