Mid-Century Roses Trinket Box

Mid-century trinket box, circa 1940s/1950s look. The box is metal with a plastic insert of nouvelle style with central roses surrounded by radiating scallop design, has a hinged lid and stands on three metal feet. There is some spotting on the external metal finish particularly around the front catch commensurate with use. The box is lined with red velvet with padding to the base and lid. Ultra feminine, the perfect addition to a vintage or shabby chic dressing table.
