Advert Description

We have owned and enjoyed this hot tub for 5 years and during this time it has been operated entirely with the use of enzymes (no chemicals, so no chlorine smell; much cheaper & simpler to maintain with just a few drops weekly of the special enzymes) - look up Clear Choice UK.
It has been sited in a lean-to single-glazed conservatory and because of this and extra polystyrene insulation we added to the interior of the wooden panels (see photo), we have hardly ever needed to use the heater!
So it has proved to be extremely economical in use.
We found that the daily automatic filtering cycle, combined with being under cover, has kept the water at 38 deg C throughout most of the year for the last 5 years.
One full reclining position and two seated; room for 4 persons seated.
In perfect working order, although it is now quite old; these were built to last (in UK) and all parts are still widely available.
When we bought it we had to replace the heater; the only other thing it's needed in the last 5 years is replacement of 2 O rings & capacitors, done recently.
The cover is past its best but would be absolutely fine if you were to continue to keep this hot tub under cover; if intended for outdoor use you may want to replace the cover (easily obtained from Ebay or spa suppliers).
All in full working order, with the proviso regarding possible replacement of the cover for outdoor use. NB: this does not run off a 13 amp plug; needs to be professionally wired.
Complete with 3 pairs of filters and two filter assemblies, and the original, very sturdy, wooden steps.
Measures approximately 5ft 4in x 7ft x 30in and is very heavy - we needed four very strong men to move it when we bought it. Depending on when, we have one strong man here who can help. There are firms who specialise in moving hot tubs.
